Gage Insurance Agency started writing Property and Casualty insurance through Germania Insurance Company in April 1984.Trudy Gage opened the Insurance Agency and started writing business from her home in Richland Springs, Texas. Richland Springs is located in the west-central part of San Saba County. In February 1986, Trudy moved the agency to San Saba.

In January 1999, Milton Gage retired from a large manufacturing plant in Brownwood, Texas and started working in the Gage Insurance Agency.

In February 2001, Trudy and Milton moved the agency to it's present location at 213 East Wallace Street, San Saba, Texas. The store front is on Highway 190 (East Wallace St.) two blocks west of the downtown business district. Our well-equipped office is easly located in a well known historic building with easy access and ample parking.

In April 2005 Gage Insurance Agency opened their brance office at 210 South Blackburn Street, Brady, Texas. Kirk Gage is the branch manager and running the insurance operations in the Brady office.
